Week 15

Check out what how your baby is developing this week: -

• The foetal fingernails are developing, and the facial features are clearly defined.
• The foetus may suck its thumb.
• The skin formed is still very thin, so if there was a tiny camera in there transmitting pictures you could see blood vessels underneath.
• The foetus begins to put on weight more rapidly about this time.
• Starting soon the arms and legs will begin to be more co-ordinated when moving - imagine languid foetal aerobics.
