What is it?
Wii Fit isn't a game, it's a personal trainer in your living room. Instead of using the controllers, you get given a balance board to stand on, which knows exactly where your weight is distributed. It will take you through yoga to improve your posture, exercises to grow muscles, aerobic activities to get your heart pumping and balance games to, well, improve your balance.
What's good?
It really works. If you want a bikini body, Wii Fit will help you get one! The game asks you to come back every day for a Body Test and it will tell you whether you are overweight or not, using your Body Mass Index. It then charts it, so you can see your weight going down (hopefully).
What's bad?
Some people may feel it lacks the fun factor. The balance games, such as skiing, snowboarding and football heading are great
fun, while you'll laugh at your friends hula-hooping, but other than that, it's more a serious exercise tool. You also feel like you're getting told off if you haven't weighed yourself on it for a couple of days!
Longevity
For a few weeks, you will be addicted. Every extra minute of playing unlocks new games and exercises. It will wear off after a while, but when you start seeing your new toned tummy, you'll never want to stop!
