Les' Family Good Fortune

Les Dennis's fiancee has given birth to a baby girl.

Eleanor Grace was born at 4.30am on Thursday morning at a London hospital.

The baby, who has been given the TV star's original surname, Heseltine, weighed in at 8lb 11oz.

She is the first child for life coach Claire Nicholson, 37, and the second for the former Family Fortunes host who was born Leslie Dennis Heseltine.

The couple said: "We're really thrilled. This is a dream come true. We're ecstatic!"

A spokeswoman for the pair said: "Mother and baby are both fine."

Dennis, who was at the birth, has a grown-up son, 28-year-old Philip, from his first wife, Lynne, a psychotherapist.
