A judge has told Britney Spears how much pocket money she’s going to be getting for the next few months.
Worth an estimated $100 million, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has approved a $1,500-a-week allowance on a debit card for the mum-of-two.
She also approved the hiring of two specialist attorneys to help the singer and her lawyers sort out her affairs while Britney is under a temporary co-conservatorship – that’s a legal term for someone else, in this case her Dad, being in charge of her finances.
One will deal with the co-conservatorship. The other will act as an entertainment lawyer consulting on Britney’s entertainment deals and contracts.
Meanwhile, Britney has reportedly landed a role on U.S sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
The singer's father Jamie, who's serving as co-conservator of her estate, is said to have agreed to the project.
Britney will apparently appear in a small role in an upcoming episode of the quirky series.
