What type of film is it? Drama
Is it any good? It’s very good – but very bleak. It’s not often that you can sympathise with a central character who you are supposed to loathe but Viggo Mortensen plays the piggy-in-the-middle with such skill that it’s impossible not to like him. Naomi Watts is as good as ever but it is Viggo’s film. Gritty tough and with a superb twist it’s a film that will suck you in. Tough but rewarding viewing.
