US movie fans have been left feeling queasy after watching monster movie Cloverfield.
The film's jerky camerawork is leaving audiences suffering from motion sickness.
The film - about a group of young people trying to flee a giant reptile as it rampages through New York - was largely shot with hand-held cameras to give it the feel of a home video.
However the style of the movie, which went straight to the top of the box-office after last week's opening, has left many cinema-goers feeling nauseous.
The Los Angeles Times spoke to two people who suffered as a result of watching the movie.
One – who left the cinema to be sick - said: "I'm really nauseous right now. I wish I could get my money back."
Another claimed he was still feeling sick a day after watching the film, saying: "My brain tried to make it work, but it couldn't. I got a pretty heinous headache afterward."
Now some cinemas have placed signs in hundreds of outlets warning about possible motion sickness.
