A judge has yet to decide if Britney can have her kids back.
The singer and ex-husband Kevin Federline fought another round in the battle for custody of their two children on Friday with his lawyer saying a ruling was expected early next week.
Mark Vincent Kaplan’s told journalists: "We don't know what the custody arrangement will be until we get the court's order on Monday."
That announcement came after a more than three-hour hearing before Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.
Britney and Kevin split up a year ago and have been waging a legal battle for their two sons ever since.
In recent weeks, the judge has ruled the children should stay with K-Fed and offered limited visitation for Spears.
He also told them both to get counseling and hire a parenting coach.
Britney has also had to undergo random drug and alcohol testing after finding she had shown "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."
