Oscar Presenters Named

An all-star cast of Oscar presenters has been unveiled.

The 80th Academy Awards will now go ahead on February 24 after the three month long writers strike was called off earlier this week.

Among the presenters at the Kodak Theatre this year will be all four of last year's winners in the acting categories - Alan Arkin, Jennifer Hudson, Helen Mirren and Forest Whitaker.

Nominees Cate Blanchett and George Clooney will also be on hand to distribute some gongs as will Tom Hanks, Harrison Ford, Nicole Kidman and Denzel Washington.

Other presenters named are Amy Adams, Jessica Alba, Josh Brolin, Steve Carell, Penelope Cruz, Miley Cyrus, Patrick Dempsey, Cameron Diaz, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Katherine Heigl, Jonah Hill, Dwayne Johnson, James McAvoy, Queen Latifah, Seth Rogen, Martin Scorsese, Hilary Swank, John Travolta and Renee Zellweger.
