Salt and pepper to taste
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a wine glass.
Garnish with celery leaves.
You will need:
Juice of 1/2 lime
Large twist of lime peel
1 1/2 measures vodka
ginger beer to top up
Pour the lime juice into a tall tumbler and drop in the twist of peel.
Add ice cubes and pour in the vodka.

Stir and decorate with lime slices.
