Cloverfield Sequel Plans

It opens in UK cinemas this weekend, but a Cloverfield sequel is already on the cards.

The sci-fi flick – about a monster that attacks New York – cost just $25 million to make but in it’s first weekend of release at the US box office alone made $46 million.

Now, director Matt Reeves is being approached by studio bosses to make another one.

However, before that he’s signed up to direct The Invisible Woman - a thriller about a beauty queen-turned-criminal.
