Britney's TV Sitcom Return

Britney Spears WILL be returning to How I Met Your Mother.

An insider’s told people magazine in the US: “The show is ecstatic and so is Britney.”

“She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”

The source claims the singer-turned-actress will do one episode but TV bosses won’t confirm the appearance.

In March, 26-year-old Britney Spears played a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters. It was both a ratings and critical success.
