Dirty Dancing....

Last time around I promised details on Dirty Dancing and since I said that I've had LOADS of emails from people trying to get me to spill the beans!

All I was going to say is that it's currently being digitally-remastered and will be back out in the Spring! Sorry if that's an anti-climax after all the hype on my last blog! Ooops. The real reason I wanted to mention it though is because I believe it's going to be shown in a few cinemas around London which is great news. I love the idea of seeing classic movies on the big screen and it'd be great if the cinemas did that more often. I don't know about you, but I always think there's something missing when you watch a movie at home on DVD. I always miss important bits of the story or the doorbell goes or whatever.

OK, maybe it's not perfect at the movies as you have to put up with other people coughing or getting up for another Hot Dog, but for some reason watching a movie IS always better at the cinema. And you can sing along to the Pearl & Dean music. :)

I also said in my last blog that I was going to mention how I always seem to break things... Get this: so far this year I've had to have my car repaired, my Hi-Fi serviced (which is just a nice way of saying 'repaired'), oh and my laptop is currently having some minor surgery to get it working again. So, I was just wondering if I'm the only one who seems to be able to break things at 20-paces or if you also suffer the same curse?

Email me to let me know and I'll post some of your technological nightmares on my next blog. In the meantime, have a good one and I'll catch you back on-air for Chilled Sunday from 9am.

Paul
