I got a medal!!

Finished the Marathon in 4hrs 53 mins (30 minutes quicker than last year, I appear to have got a bit better)

I’ll blog more tomorrow with reflections on an amazing London day, but for now, as I get ready to have my bashed-about legs pampered tenderly back into life at a day-spa I’d just like to say…
