How dare they move the Apprentice for a football match! It's not even an important one, just a friendly between England and USA. The only good thing to come out of this is we get it a day earlier. What with a Bank Holiday and the Apprentice on a different day it really messes with your head, it will be Friday before you know it! I am loving The Apprentice this year and am developing a mild crush on Lucinda, she has a bit of Bridget Jones about her and can be quite straight talking and ruthless when she wants to be. That's very attractive! Tonight's task involves hiring Ferrari's and other very expensive cars to rich people.
Staying with telly you need to clear your diaries this week for the semi finals of Britain's Got Talent and the final on Saturday night. It's real feel good TV with gentle ribbing from the judges and some tear jerking stories. Last night Kate and the dancing dog got through to the final with Signature, a Michael Jackson tribute dance act with a Bollywood twist. I hope Kate wins because she couldn't quite believe that she was through and her mum said she hadn't got many human friends because she spends most of her time with Gin the dog!
It's National BBQ week this week which is good considering it's going to rain for most of it. They should've had it two weeks ago when we had our summer! That's the big problem with this Country you never know what the weather is going to do, oh and petrol is expensive and drink is expensive and....well the list goes on!
Caravan holidays are cool again with bookings up 20% this year. I remember going to my Nan and Grandads caravan a lot when we were kids. It seems every caravan has an obligatory swing ball game on the lawn. Every album from a caravan holiday features a picture of a family game of swing ball and a holiday video with the footage of uncle getting hit in the nether regions and everyone else curled up with laughter!
See you tomorrow at 1...
