The papers and news channels are full of harrowing images of suffering across the Globe at the moment. It's difficult not to be affected by what you read and see. All the technology and money in the World cannot protect us against mother nature. I try to do my bit for the environment by doing little things like turning the tap off when I'm cleaning my teeth. These things seem so small and trivial at the time but every little bit helps.

I'm not a religious person but I've said prayers for those in China and Burma who are suffering unimaginable pain.

Enjoy every day because you don't know what's around the corner.
