Ich Bin Ein Star, Holt Mich Hier Raus

So, this guy Ross Anthony......heard of him? If you were in Germany, you wouldn't be able to get near him. Right now,he's as famous as Michael Schumacher or Boris Becker over there, and he's English. Comes from Shropshire and he just won a tv show called " Ich Bin Ein Star, Holt Mich Hier Raus." Which translated is......" I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here." It's the German version, massive over there too. Having done the UK show myself, it intrigued me as to how he got on it? Found out he had been the guitarist in a couple of rock bands, had a couple of small hits in Germany, landed an audition for the show, or a chat with the producers. They thought he was camp enough to really throw the cat amoungst the pigeons, tucked away in a jungle with a group of typically hard spirited German people. And it worked. He won! Now he's like the biggest non German star in the country. Ooh, The Hoff won't be too chuffed. Stolen David Hasselfof's crown!

Make sure you go and see Cloverfield. I went to see it earlier, and i'm still a tad nauseous. Sort of science fiction, but so real as well. It ends suddenly, and i have never known a silence like it when everyone was walking out. Noone could say anything. Leaves you feeling a bit numb. Go and see it, and let me know what you think.
