I'm Losing Power

You know the old thing about doctors' hand writing. Impossible to read. Probably easier understanding Greek hyroglyphics, etc etc. Well I've discovered something far more complicated, and we all get them at least four times a year.....

The GAS and ELECTRICITY bill!

Got both through today, from my new energy supplier, nPower. Tell you what, I'd rather put together an Ikea coffee table and chairs than try and work out how they break down the bill. You've got one rate for the first lot of kWhs then after a point another tariff for the next lot, and so on. One's an estimate, the other one's an "actual" reading... do they do it just so you don't bother to work it out yourself?  And the charges...! You know when they told us we'd be paying for our gas and eletricity this year, they weren't wrong! Think I'll be staying in for the next couple of weeks, WITHOUT the heating on!

Got to go out tomorrow though. Something you may like to come to if you're free and haven't just had to pay a nasty gas bill.

Kempton Park evening races. Great fun. All floodlit, nice restaurant to have dinner in, and a little after party which I'll be spinning some tunes at for a couple of hours. Tomorrow (Wednesday night), the racing starts at around 6.30, or just come to the party bit for some drinks and some good Club Classics.

And really looking forward to playing at the "90's Re-Loaded" weekender down in Bognor on 25th, 26th and 27th April. Going to be such a blast. I'm in the main room each night. Be great if you could pop down for a mad one. I'm always surprised by how many people come from London for it. You'll have a proper good laff!
