So it’s almost time for London Fashion Week. The skinny & the gorgeous will be putting the finishing touches to their perfect pouts & flooding into London’s hippest nightspots this weekend. It’s 7 days of shows, after-shows &, in the case of some of those Camden Caners, the inevitable & occasional no-shows.

Chasing Pavements (Part 2!)

Checked the calendar over the weekend (my 2007 Kylie has long since been replaced by Mrs G’s new 2008 Take That, by the way!) There are now less than 10 weeks to go to this year’s London Marathon. Seems frighteningly close. But at least the legs are so far bearing up. This time last year I wasn’t even able to run. And walking wasn’t that much prettier either.

Friday February 1st: Chasing Pavements

Dodgy ankles, sore knees, a Beckham-style `stressed metatarsal', toe nails turning black, toe nails falling out, joggers nipple. Especially joggers nipple. And let's not forget the risk of being beaten by a pantomime camel, a two-footed tin of baked beans and Kinga from Big Brother.
