I don't mind the occasional Starbucks but I want to shout about the old style Italian cafes that serve up delicious food, a friendly atmosphere, and cappuccinos to match, if not beat the taste of the big coffee brands.

Cooking up a storm

I had to miss the Sound of Music on the box this weekend as I was busy whipping up omelette's with Anthony Worrell Thompson on Daily Cooks Challenge.

Skipping Everywhere

I hate skips. Not the shell-shaped crisps, but those blimmin' great metal containers that use up parking spaces!

What a shock result....

Wednesday night was a big night. Firstly Raef got kicked off The Apprentice and then there was the Champions League Final which went into extra time and then penalties.

Will Andy Abraham win Eurovision? Of course not!

It's good that there are two English teams in the Champions League final tonight, so we'll definitely win something. Because we certainly won't win Eurovision this weekend!

I'm sorry but i've got to get a few things off my chest. Sky +, computers and squirrels are all driving me up the wall!

Oh what a night

I had an amazing weekend as I got to go to the recording of "An Audience With Neil Diamond". And guess what? I was in the front row!

Snack Attack

I might never have another kebab again. Have you heard that one contains the equivolent of a wine glass full of cooking oil!?! It looks like I may have to find myself something else for the late night munchies.

A friend of mine come out with a classic saying that I don't think i've heard since I was in the school playground!

Mr flat pack fitter

I've come up with a genius idea. Why don't they have guys that can jump on their mopeds and zoom round to yours and put together all that flat-pack furniture you've been trying to assemble for hours.
