Beyonce Knowles has axed her debut concert in Malaysia – it’s reportedly in protest against the nation's ultra-strict dress code.
Her agent ICM says it’s because of a "scheduling conflict" however insiders are claiming it’s down to entirely different reason.
They claim the singer was unhappy over a possible hostile reception in the mainly Muslim nation, saying: "They foresee that when she comes over to Kuala Lumpur, there will be protests against her."
"They didn't want that to happen."
The source also said Beyonce, known for her skimpy outfits, also apparently hd an issue with government rules banning sexy attire and running and jumping on stage.
Last August, Gwen Stefani went ahead with her show in Malaysia despite calls from Muslim students who demanded that the event be cancelled as being too obscene.
