Ben: Owen's On The Mend

Things are looking up for troubled actor Owen Wilson.

Ben Stiller, his friend – and costar in a number of movies – has told Ellen DeGeneres on her US chat show: "He's doing really well."

The 41-year-old added: "I sort of like to protect his privacy, 'cause I feel like it's his own thing but he's a really good friend of mine. He's an incredible guy and I wish him as everybody does, all the best."

Owen was hospitalized on August 26 after what’s claimed was a suicide attempt.

He’s now out of hospital, but the 38-year-old has been getting help ever since.
