Amy Wasn't On Wild Night

Amy Winehouse’s people have denied she had been on an all-night bender when she was snapped walking down a London street in a state.

You probably saw the pictures of her bare foot and wearing only jeans and a bra splashed across the papers on Monday.

Her spokesperson’s said: "She was not on an all-night bender."

"She heard all these noises, and she went outside to look and there were all these photographers."

"She'd been sound asleep, and then there were all these photographers – of course she looked startled."

She added: "In light of recent reports, it's easy to make false assumptions, but she's getting better and she needs the space to do that."

After a rocky start to her UK tour, Amy cancelled all appearances for the rest of the year.
